PVS-7‘s all use a MX-10130 type tube though from what I know, the difference between the 10130A and 10130B is the placement of the pads for power.
The newer tubes have extended ( oblong ) pads to allow connection from both cases.
But theoretically, all you need to do is connect some really thin pads to the ones you have so they become oblong like the later tubes... Maybe with 0.2mm copper or similar.
The question is whether you‘re capable of soldering something like that and if there‘s enough space in the housing...
I‘d guess it‘s possible, though I don‘t have experience with the housings to know for certain. Perhaps someone who is can comment?

OK, I might be incorrect. There‘s more physically different between the two than I was aware of... Here‘s a good site to examine the differences and what is compatible between the two. The patent is for a "General" version that fits both housings, but it has good diagrams and will let you see the differences between the tubes. So you might need to make physical changes to the housing to accomodate the older tube as well as making allowances for the electrical contacts.
