CrAzY !! CHECK RESOLUTION WITH A $ BILL?!
O.K. don‘t jump me for this one... but a kind gent at Aurora Tactical said a cheap way to compare tubes would be to get a dollar bill and focus as close as possible with no magnification on the lines on George‘s face with the IR turned on. I tried it and could see most of the lines but I don‘t have another tube to compare to.
Has anybody ever tried this?
Does this prove anything?
Don‘t know, but it was interesting test

Sort of
I have tried this with a few of my units, and you can see differences between say a ~36lp/mm tube and a ~64lp/mm, but I‘m not sure how I would quantify them.
