They all have an NSN on them, and they are regulated by Insight Technology. You will have to talk to him as to how you will get one as I won‘t comment on that, though I know how he does it. I will just say that I won‘t buy one from him, though I have done business with him in the past.
I have posted it in the past. Ask lots of questions and cover your bases. Nothing is quick with MH. Trust me, he dragged me out for 9 weeks on a 12 tube sale, and won‘t answer my email, phone calls or mail as he got caught lying to me (numerous times). So if he has a bunch of MX-11769 tubes for sale some time soon, you might want to ask about their history, as they have been through alot in the 9 weeks I was waiting for them..
Like I said before, Mike H. has a good heart, means well, but gets in over his head on some of these deals.
