Stano Night Vision SC/PVS-300
SC/PVS-300 combines lens system from AN/PVS-3 with 25mm Gen2 inverters from AN/PVS-4 (MX-9644 and civilian counterparts). Unlike the PVS-4, it does not have windage/elevation setting knobs for the reticle, so you need to use it with adjustable mount (ELCAN Gen4 being the obvious type). A bit dated but still a very nice scope.

I believe the units are 18 mm and us a MX9916 tube they are cut down AN/PVS-3‘s, which were gen 1. You might try STANO for a manual.
