I have a very nice PVS-5C - MX9916 tube for sale, this tube is not used military surplus, and has never seen Military service. the tube was removed from a set of commercially purchased PVS-5C goggles,(look at the label, it has no NSN # or contract #, straight from VARO) and has less than 50 hrs of use on it, the photocathode is a brilliant deep blue color, and the image has only a couple of tiny spots on it (specks really) I am asking $375.00
I am interested in this tube. Was wondering if you might be able to hold it for me until the 3rd. That‘s my next payday, and works best for me. Please let me know if that would work for you.
At the site it is listed on, I am obligated to sell it to whoever wants it, however, If someone else buys it i will probably list another one, I will be listing three monoculars using the same type tube there this week.
shipping for the tube and one mono w/ headmount will be $10.00 by USPS priority mail(3day delivery) with tracking, the $500.00 mono has PVS-5A lenses and the regular PVS-14/PVS-7 headmount with the PVS-14 J-arm monocular adapter, the $650.00 mono has PVS-5C lenses and a Nortos type flip-up detachable helmet mount (with J-arm adapter) mounted on a Protec bike/skateboard helmet.
